Through my life’s series of twists and turns, I am fortunate to have collaborated on big art for Coachella and Burning Man, co-created a circus with a few good friends and coordinated over 1,000 vendors for the Lightning In A Bottle Festival.

Empathy is my super power. I learned from the best in the business and am forever grateful to my mentors (you know who you are). You nurture my creativity, attention to detail, out-of-the-box thinking and show me that my cognitive and compassionate empathy is a strength, NOT a weakness.

Credits & Experience:

According to her Mom, Dru was born on the hottest day of the year in 1976. Such a dramatic start, predestined a circuitous career in arts. A native Angelino, she’s been working in the film industry for more than 25 years. With her roots in method acting, she has built her art department career from her love of narrative storytelling, art and design. She’s worked in film, television, and on countless commercials as a prop master, buyer, artist and consultant.

Dru joined IATSE Local 44 in the fall of 2010, is a member of The PMG and has worked with well-known directors such as Marc Forester, Alejandro G Iñárritu, Lance Acord, Calmatic, Matt Lambert, Brian Buckley, Luca Guadagnino & Rachel Morrison.
